“Delivery” should describe the control the buyer expects to receive. The correct questions depend on whether the item is an individual account, a publishing channel or a community group.
Account access versus channel and group ownership
| Asset | Core question | Do not assume |
|---|---|---|
| Account | Which access and security components are included? | That age guarantees unrestricted access. |
| Channel | Which Telegram account receives the owner role? | That an admin role equals ownership. |
| Group | What owner/admin roles and history are present? | That member count explains control. |
Before the transfer
- Identify the exact account, channel or group.
- Review the evidence for the stated year and current condition.
- Confirm the receiving account and any Telegram eligibility or waiting requirements.
- Write down price, payment sequence, delivery timing and support scope.
During the transfer
Follow the agreed sequence without sending sensitive data to unexpected contacts. For channels or groups, verify the role shown in Telegram rather than relying only on a message that says the transfer is complete.
After the transfer
- Confirm the intended control or owner role.
- Review active administrators, bots and linked services.
- Apply appropriate security settings without making rushed changes that conflict with the agreed process.
- Keep the item list and written terms for any support request.
Security and policy boundary
No transfer makes spam, impersonation, deception, unauthorized access or policy evasion acceptable. Telegram controls its platform and can change features, eligibility rules or enforcement. Review the current Telegram Terms of Service before use.
